Can’t we help – think suggestions for Downtown only might help – how about Imax, PTE, Globe and the Display Bldg for MTS.
What about the Wagonwheel who make the best Turkey Clubs ever!
Take some photos in the Exchange. Visit any number of stores down there. The Mondragon comes to mind. Still haven’t been there myself but it always intrigues from the outside.
The Cannes Commercial Fest at the Winnipeg Art Gallery – it’s always entertaining to see the variety of commercials from around the world. The ones from 2010 (playing right now) are especially funny. Here’s an example of one from this year:
The first run of the Fest is usually in Dec. and the re-runs are on right now from Mar. 18 – Apr. 2nd, 2011. Enjoy!
The various productions by the Royal Winnipeg Ballet are always entertaining. Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to check out Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, Moulin Rouge, plus their recent production of Wonderland. My wife went to high school with one of the principal dancers, so she really enjoys seeing her friend perform on the big stage.
